Insurance

HearthWell accepts Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield; private-pay options are also available. Any coverage or cost information provided through the Site is preliminary and subject to verification of benefits. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of insurance coverage or payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to HearthWell and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
